Accepting these terms

By accessing or using Listify, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Listify is operated by JR. These terms apply to all users of the service.

What Listify is

Listify is a personal list-making application that allows you to create, organize, and manage lists. It is provided as-is for personal, non-commercial use.

We do not guarantee uptime, availability, or uninterrupted access to the service. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time without prior notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any such changes.

Account responsibilities

Listify uses Google Sign-In for authentication. By signing in, you represent that:

• You are at least 13 years of age
• You have the authority to agree to these terms
• The Google account you use to sign in is legitimately yours

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately.

What you may and may not do

You may use Listify to create and manage personal lists for lawful purposes. You may not:

• Use the service for any unlawful or prohibited purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service or its infrastructure
• Interfere with or disrupt the service, servers, or networks connected to it
• Upload or store content that is illegal, harmful, or violates the rights of others
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or systematically extract data from the service
• Use automated scripts or bots to interact with the service

Content you create

You retain ownership of all content you create within Listify — your lists, items, and any other data you input.

By using the service, you grant JR. a limited license to store and process your content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you. We do not claim ownership over your content and will not use it for any other purpose.

You are solely responsible for the content you create and store. Do not store sensitive personal information, passwords, financial data, or anything you would not want stored in a third-party cloud service.

Ending your use

You may stop using Listify at any time. You can also request deletion of your account and all associated data by contacting us at contact@jrofficial.org.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Listify at our discretion, including if we believe you have violated these terms, without prior notice or liability. We may suspend or terminate accounts without notice if required for legal or security reasons.

No warranties — use at your own risk

Listify is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Your use of Listify is entirely at your own risk. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

We make no guarantees about the availability, integrity, or durability of your stored data. Data loss can occur due to technical failures, bugs, or circumstances outside our control. You should not rely solely on Listify as the only copy of important information — back up anything critical elsewhere.

We expressly disclaim all implied warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limits on our liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, JR. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use Listify — including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or any other intangible losses.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or your use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim (which, since Listify is free, is zero).

Images & copyright

Listify allows you to paste images into your lists, which are uploaded and stored via Cloudinary. By uploading an image, you represent that you own the rights to it or have the necessary permissions to use and store it.

You may not upload images or any content that infringes on the copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights of any third party.

In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), we will respond to valid notices of copyright infringement. If you believe that content stored on Listify infringes your copyright, please send a notice to contact@jrofficial.org including:

• A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
• A description of where the allegedly infringing content is located
• Your contact information (name, address, email)
• A statement that you have a good faith belief the use is not authorised by the copyright owner
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on their behalf

Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, we will investigate and may remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of Listify after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

We may notify users of material changes via the app or email. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.

Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved in a jurisdiction determined at our discretion.
